Details:
The mkoctfile program tries to forward flags it doesn't know about, but it
mishandles the (unfortunately shaped) icc (and ifort?) flag -fp-model, which
has a separate arg following it.
This can sort of be worked around by using the undocumented form
"-fp-model=NAME", but it would be nice if this was handled correctly.
