Follow-up Comment #15, bug #53006 (project octave): I think it is correct to have doc go straight to the entry if possible, and to a list of choices if necessary. How do we handle the issue about fixed width fonts versus variable width fonts? Do we still use Qt Assistant but just require a fixed width font? Or do we use a Qt Help Viewer that can just view HTML? Also, what about QtPDF module? See http://blog.qt.io/blog/2017/01/30/new-qtpdf-qtlabs-module.
