Follow-up Comment #56, bug #50463 (project octave):

The buildbots seem to have the same problem.
On my local mxe-octave, however, the config test succeeds:

checking for EnumProcessModules in -lpsapi... yes


I also have "libpsapi.a" in
"/home/markus/Documents/Repositories/Octave/mxe-octave-6/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib".

My config switches are:

./configure --enable-devel-tools --enable-windows-64 --enable-octave=default
--enable-binary-packages --with-pkg-dir=../mxe-octave-pkg --with-ccache
--disable-system-opengl --enable-qt5


The only difference to the buildbot I can see is that I have
"--enable-windows64" instead of "--disable-windows64". Maybe that makes the
difference?
