Details:

Hi 
after octave 4.0.1 releasing , communications package did'nt install and
didn't work
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
other report : 
the compile still fails with the same problem (octave/base-lu.h isn't included
in extra/octave anymore).
