Details:
The initial message that is displayed in the Command Window is truncated.
This used to occur, but then was fixed, and now is back again.
The troublesome behavior re-appeared between 11/17/2017 and 1/1/2018. I am
now using hg bisect to try and discover the exact changeset that caused the
issue.
