Follow-up Comment #12, bug #53151 (project octave): I installed homebrew without sudo so I think I can do that myself. I get the following warning: Warning: readline is keg-only and must be linked with --force Note that doing so can interfere with building software. Is it safe to go ahead? Do I need to reinstall other packages that depend on readline?
