Follow-up Comment #7, bug #53186 (project octave):
I finally had configure pick qt4 (needed to temporarily invert the preference
order in configure.ac) and there was a warning, which I fixed, but everything
seems to work as expected with and without osmesa. I attached an updated cset
which I think is now ok for review.
