Details:

When undocking any pane from the GUI, I cannot move the pane by dragging its
title bar. Resizing by dragging the upper border doesn't work either (resizing
by dragging the bottom border does work).
The only way to "move" it sideways is by consecutive resizing the right and
left border.

This is a recent "regression" (should I call it that way? it used to work
properly until a week or so ago).

On Windows it all works fine so it may be a KDE- (Plasma-) specific thing. Yet
my KDE setup is fairly "plain vanilla" (mostly OOTB settings).

Mageia 6 Linux, Plasma desktop (KDE)
