Follow-up Comment #18, bug #53258 (project octave):

@Carlo, Rik: the test is very trivial and maye its purpose is really to check
that pcg converges within N+1 iterations. As such, I like Carlo's idea to set
the tolerance to zero, check that the final error is below something like
1e-14 and check that flag is 1.
I do not know why Cristiano's version never fails. As far as I remember, the
only big problem of pcg was detection of non-SPD matrices. We can investigate.
