Follow-up Comment #20, bug #53275 (project octave):
I recall fixing that. It looks like the older version of the patch was
applied. (No problem. I've figured out a way to apply patch differences
easily.) The thing that is missing between the March 5 and March 7 patches is
the QFrame. Attached is a changeset having just that added element and the
fixed tooltips.
