When I type isstable,

>> isstable
warning: the 'isstable' function belongs to the control package from Octave
Forge
but has not yet been implemented.

Please...

But here(https://wiki.octave.org/Control_package) the status is
implemented(yes).Is it for 4.2.2?Please confirm.
