Follow-up Comment #1, bug #53392 (project octave):
Another observation:
AFAICS, this only happens when moving the Documentation pane onto some other
pane as a first action of moving panes around within the main GUI window.
After first moving e.g. the Terminal pane onto some other pane (does not
crash), I cannot reproduce the crash anymore.
Maybe some uninitialized variable in the Documentation pane code?
