Details:


It seems the new octave-4.2.2 gui requires QT_PLUGIN_PATH to be set, so when
the zip is used, users have to set it themselves.

It will be better if octave-gui can find Qt5 plugin by a relative path i.e
QT_PLUGIN_PATH = ..\qt5\plugins.
