[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53392] [GUI] Octave crashes when moving Documentation pane within GUI onto another pane

Follow-up Comment #15, bug #53392 (project octave):

For now, let's just confirm the attached patch fixes the bug here.  We'll deal
with Bug #53276 after, as I think we need to clear some of these things to
make testing easier for KDE users (Rik should be able to do some testing as
well if we get Bug #53409 fixed).  So, revert back to the tip, apply the patch
here, and test please.  If that fixes this bug, great.  Thanks.
