Follow-up Comment #4, bug #53410 (project octave):
Maybe it should be added that the title bar which is addressed here is the
"inner" one, not the one from the window manager when the widget is floating?
This assumes that custom styles for the title bars are activated in the
preferences.
Btw: I can't reproduce this on Ubuntu Unity
