Follow-up Comment #12, bug #53369 (project octave):

@Mike: Can you push your changes to octave-firsttime.vbs, octave.bat,
octave.vbs?  They look right to me.  I think the comments about --force-gui in
octave.bat should be updated since --gui is the preferred option name now.
