Follow-up Comment #3, bug #53508 (project octave):

OK, "purge --all" rather than "purge".  Apparently the --all goes after files
in the .hgignore list.  Why is


^build-aux/move-if-change$


in the .hgignore file?  From a developer perspective, running "hg purge" isn't
necessarily a desired thing.
