Details:

In the most recent 4.3.0+ versions the qt 4.6.2 configure fails.

For hg_id 4ccb4f6e59ca I get the message that the qt graphics toolkit is not
available. Below is the configure transcript.

There is an error involving a "-n" command not found

It does find all of moc, uic, rcc, lrelease, qcollectiongenerator, and
qhelpgenerator, but still reports incomplete qt4
