Details:

Relating to ticket #53526, I would like to suggest the following:

1) Source Code

<name>octave::shortcut_manager</name>
<source>Import shortcuts from file ...</source>
<source>Export shortcuts into file ...</source>

=> No whitespace before ellipsis (depending on whether AE or BE is the
premise).

2) German "de_DE.ts"

No whitespace before ellipsis 

3) German "de_DE.ts"

Variabendaten => Variablendaten
