Follow-up Comment #1:
The warning message seems pretty clear to me, do you have a GnuTLS library
with gnutls_srp_2048_group_prime in its headers?
If you do and this check is failing, I think the config.log would be more
helpful. Please download parallel-3.1.1.tar.gz manually, then
tar -xf parallel-3.1.1.tar.gz
cd parallel-3.1.1/src
./configure
Verify that the warning message is the same, and attach the config.log file.
