Details:
Create some tabbed stacks in the GUI, say Command Window along with
Documentation. Hide one of the octave_dock_widgets in that stack. Now go to
the Window drop-down menu and re-show that window. The window does not come
to the front of the stack, but the back. I would think that if the user shows
the window s/he wants to see the window right away. I think I wrote a routine
recently somewhere that brings the octave_dock_widget to the front of the
stack. I'll have to remember what that is.
