Follow-up Comment #3, bug #54495 (project octave):

I have a windows 32bit version of 4.2.1 here on a win10 machine that it does
work, and a 64bit 4.2.2 on the same machine that doesn't work.


I cant say 100% if 32 vs 64 bit makes any difference, but mxe-octave did
update to the qscintilla 2.10.X versions after octave 4.2.1
