Update of bug #45660 (project octave): Status: None => Wont Fix Open/Closed: Open => Closed _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #3: Since Matlab no longer supports this there is less incentive to implement it. Also, there are easy workarounds. The function 'whos' can return a structure array with a field 'bytes' for each variable that can be used to calculate the memory used. Sample code: memstart = sum ([(whos()).bytes]) ...
