Follow-up Comment #11:
The remaining issue concerns how to handle the endpoint of a Range when it is
not exactly an integer, but is within eps of an integer. In Matlab, and more
generally in most users expectations, it appears that the endpoint should be
rounded to the integer value. Marking the bug as Confirmed and changing the
category to Matlab Compatibility.
