Details:

Re: wiki.octave.org/GraphicsMagick

I am running Octave 4.0.0 on Linux Mint 18.3 ‘Sylvia’ which is in turn
running on an HP Compaq Elite 8300.
There is no ‘configure’ executable in my home directory. I did find:

/lib/firmware/configure
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/configure

Is this what the documentation is talking about? I also found:

/usr/share/octave/4.0.0/m/pkg/private/configure_make.m

I didn’t see anything in there that look promising. Did I miss something?

In any case this article did not work for me,
