[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #54495] Drag and drop inside editor does not work

Follow-up Comment #19, bug #54495 (project octave):

I've built the dev version that includes the fix here, and it works in my
linux vm, but when installing on Windows it doesn't work. It not only doesn't
allow drag and drop of text inside the editor, it also broke drag and drop of
a file onto the editor to open that file in the editor.
