I agree with you completely. I wasn't saying that the change makes no
difference to me as a GNOME user. I was saying that the GNOME native file
dialogs are a much better interface for a GNOME user than the standard Qt
non-native file dialogs. But the GNOME native file dialogs do not have any
issues with hanging or timing out like the KDE plugin appears to do for some,
so this bug does not affect me.
