Follow-up Comment #22, bug #55029 (project octave):

I attached an updated version of the patch, with a log and an implementation
for Windows also. As for sgtty terminal interface, the "raw_mode" function was
already incomplete and I don't expect modern platforms to not have termios or
termio at least. 

@Dmitri: That is strange, I can't imagine why a patch could be entirely
rejected...
