Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55262 (project octave): @Avinoam: I am seeing the same error for stripping that file. That is probably because it isn't a Windows executable but a shell script which cannot be stripped. We could probably check whether a file starts with a shebang before trying to strip it if we want to avoid displaying that error. But that is an unrelated bug.
