Thank you for checking.  Thus it is indeed a duplicate.  Don't worry about the
details.  For openSUSE Leap 15.0 (that I use as well) we are at the moment not
able to detect and solve this issue and hope for Leap 15.1 to show up with a
different KDE version and a "magically solution" to this issue:
