Details:

when entering the debugger after an error when using 'dbstop if error', the
first time i issue 'dbup,' the frame does not change to the caller -- it only
does so after the 2nd time i issue 'dbup'.

i don't have the same problem when using 'keyboard' to enter the debugger.
