Follow-up Comment #8, bug #56196 (project octave):

I have downloaded a fresh copy of
[https://ftpmirror.gnu.org/octave/windows/octave-5.1.0-w64.7z] and the test
passed on the same system. The test still fails on the old copy of
octave-5.1.0-w64.7z.

So, the problem seems to be related to changes I did on Msys2. I'm sorry for
posting this.
