Follow-up Comment #6, bug #64194 (project octave):
P.S. Just downloaded and installed the latest 64-bit
api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll from
www.dll-files.com/api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll.html and now have version
10.0.17763.132 but sill have the exact same issues with Octave Qt.
