[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #62562] undocked editor and documentation window show up empty on start

Follow-up Comment #1, bug#62562 (group octave):

I can not (fully) reproduce the issue with version 9.0.1. The editor only
shows up unexpectedly at restart if the option "Restore editor tabs from
previous session ..." is checked. If not, the editor is not opened at restart.
The documentation widget is not opened.
