Follow-up Comment #9, bug #65527 (group octave):

I tried to guard against non-integer values of DIM but discovered a new bug
with xint_value(), which is used elsewhere in the same file and affects other
functions like all(), so "all (true (3), pi)" does not complain. I will file a
separate bug report for that.
