In Octave 2.1.36,
the "debug" related commands
dbstop
dbclear
dbstatus
dbwhere
dbtype
have docstrings. But nothing that goes
into the info file refers to them, so they don't show up.
Likewise,
debug_on_error
debug_on_warning
are also not in the info files.
