gripe_nonconformant ??

It seems gripe_nonconformant has been moved to Array-util.h in the CVS.
This will currently result in a build failure under octave-forge. For me
the cleanest solution would be if

#include "Array-util.h"

was inserted into liboctave/Array.h. Otherwise octave-forge will need
a flag of whether to include Array-util.h or not, since Array-util.h
has only recently been added (ie. its not in 2.1.50). This introduces
a lot of unnecessary cruft into octave-forge.

Would it be possible to make this change?
