Octave web pages

Is there anyone out there who would like to take over the maintenance
of Octave's web pages?

I would also like to move them off of the current server at UW-Madison
to savannah.gnu.org.  We can fix www.octave.org to point to the new
location so the old address will work indefinitely.

Moving the sources to savannah will also allow us to edit the pages
collectively.
