octave-gui 0.3 released

I have a new release.

New features:

* Autocompletion at the prompt.
* File list pane on the left side.
* A README file!

New bug:

* File list pane on the left won't let you chdir back up. QDirModel isn't behaving as advertised. Still tracking it down.
