Yes, this is another good reason to remove the graphics list.  The
intent was always that the graphics list was for discussion about the
future of graphics and GUI tools in Octave, not a place to get help.
But it is often misunderstood, so some years there were probably more
postings on the graphics list asking for help that there were
discussing the implmentation of new graphics tools.
