Here is my first proposal:

The examples shown are: one large image, 128x128, 64x64, 32x32, 22x22,
and 16x16 pixels.

Please let me know if something like this would be appropriate, if
not, please let me know what could be improved.

The majority of my artwork is done in SVG, so expect something in SVG
as my final work.  I can extract .png files from the SVG in a matter
of seconds, so giving you the files that you want is not a problem.
The smaller icons may need to be tweaked, but you can take a look at
my example and see what you think.
