Moving the FAQ

So, the FAQ on the website and in the source is out of date.  I'm thinking 
of moving it to the wiki with the hopes that it will be more up to date. 
In the interest of doing this, the first entries that I'm thinking of 
adding are "How do I install Octave on Windows?" and "How do I install 
Octave on a Mac?"  I can update the 
http://wiki.octave.org/wiki.pl?OctaveForWindows page to reflect the new 
cygwin installation and note that there is a native (mingw) build in the 
works.

Can someone who knows what the current instructions are update

What else do you think should be on that page?

Could anyone volunteer to check the faq pages periodically and add things 
that should be there and verify the accuracy of the pages?
