Ok, done but the mfilename changes you made were already in and so it
didn't patch cleanly... Frankly, the only thing I see that might be done
different is if we go straight to the final solution removing
OV_REP_TYPE, and assuming that the CVS HEAD will never again be used for
anything except a 2.9.5+ version (which is pretty much where we are now
in any case)... Though the cruft for this is minor.
