FIXME comments in sources

I've changed all ... FIXME ... comments (where . was X) to just be
"FIXME" and would like to recommend that we use the plain "FIXME" tag
in the future to avoid triggering spam filters (well, at least the one
Przemek is using) when posting patches and code.

At the meeting last week, someone (sorry, I don't remember who it was)
asked if I ever searched for the FIXME comments and I think I said
something like, "No, it makes me sad".  Well, now I have looked, and
there are about 500 of them.  So it is a bit disheartening that there
are so many.  I guess there is some fixing to do...
