Not bad, but by putting the News on the front-page like this in a 
engagement to ensure that the site is up to date. If you are willing to 
make that engagement, then why not. However, in the same vain, the 
octave-forge version listed in related software is out of date, and an 
FAQ from 1998 is really of little relevance..
