Soren, and others,

There is an issue with the new package manager for packages which create
independent binaries that are placed on the EXEC_PATH. For example the
octave-forge main/audio package. The old octave-forge solution was to
have a directory main/*/bin where the build binaries were placed, that
was then installed on the EXEC_PATH in $PREFIX/site/exec/$HOST_TYPE.

Essentially we are going to need to add similar functionality to pkg.m,
and it probably makes sense that after running the build in pkg/src and
any files that are found in pkg/bin are copied to
$PREFIX/site/exec/$HOST_TYPE and it you are a user to
[OCTAVE_PACKAGE_PREFIX '/bin']. How and who does this?

D.
