Hi, I posted a new pre-compiled octave for Windows at http://ceilimoss.ibelgique.com/octave_20061231(2.9.9+)_setup.exe.gz This version adds GSL support (from octave-forge) and Octplot (from CVS). Happy new year. Michael.
