I was not aware of this. I just used the redistributable package/exe, as 
found on
MSDN. I thought it would work out-of-the-box. Does it work if you download
the package at 
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=32BC1BEE-A3F9-4C13-9C99-220B62A191EE&displaylang=en
and install it separately?

What's your Windows version?
