I would have liked to have seen feedback on the fedora and debian
packaging of octave-forge packages and whether they need any changes to
pkg before calling it testing/recommended, but have no objections to a
2.9.11 release..

Because the octave-forge packaging will be changing so much, I'm waiting for the pending Fedora 7 release before I start changing things. I haven't spent much time on it yet. I think a 2.9.11 release now would be good.
