NetCdf for octave in Windows

Hello everybody,

i have a problem, i dont know how to install netcdf for octave in windows,
i have a 2.1.73 version of octave and Win'XP.
In octave i found a folder octcdf, i tried to run the programmes
netcdf_setup, it looks that octave runs this file (program doesnt show any
error), then nctest, and here i have a message that 0 tests out of 17 are
done. So in fact i dont know what i have to install and where.

I will be very thankfull to the people who can help me!
